Yesterday was a busy day visiting & becoming more familiar with Extreme Love Ministry. This ministry works very closely with the communities in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Brenda and Karissa visited the Everlasting Love where they teach women the trade of sewing or leather working. Women are able to bring their children with them to work, their children are provided a safe environment while the women learn/create their trade. All items made are sold and go back to the ministry to help provide for women & children. The goal is to help these women build confidence in a trade & start their own business in the community.
They also visited the Hope House, which is a safe home for children who’ve been rescued. With funds raised they brought pizza for dinner, new soccer balls & glow sticks (such a huge hit). For privacy, we won’t post pictures of children’s faces. So much hope & love goes into these children. Their personalities are huge, and their laughter is contagious, these kids have left a deep impression on my heart.
